Domain wise, we have experience in Computerised land Registration, land Record Capture, Digitisation for CCTNS, Data capture for E court, Bank Computerisation, Computerised Utility Billing. We have specialised our skills for e-governance especially in the field of quasi judicial document management and thereby understand Govt. Processes and need for data integrity and its security. We have experience of working in State wide multi Location projects and presently operating 42 offices in Jharkhand and 86 offices in Chhattisgarh under BOO model for computerised registration.

Presently we have bases in 4 states of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Rajasthan. We had past exposure of working in M.P, Bihar, Assam and Meghalaya as well. Hence, we are confident of undertaking any IT/ITES project in any of the north Indian state. Presently we have around 500 employee in our roll.

Specific to the domain of Computerised Land Registration we are System integrator in the States of Jharkhand ( since last 10 years ) and Chhattisgarh ( Since last 2 years ).

In Jharkhand we cover the service window starting from interior refurbishment of Registration Offices, Deployment of Computer logistics man power and backup facility, incurring office running expenditures, maintaining office up kit, updating Application Master Data and lastly facilitating cauterised service delivery to public by our trained deployed man power.

In case of Chhattisgarh we provide end to end solution encompassing server and storage supply and installations, providing dedicated VPN connectivity over 100 locations, development deployment and maintenance of Web based 3 tier Application Software, Supply of computer logistics and revenue items in Sub Registrar offices and lastly providing citizen centric service by deployed trained man power.

Our Application Software developed and Deployed for Chhattisgarh Computerized Registration is unique in National perspective by following features –

1. Contrary to the practice in various States, in this application all the Endorsement pages of Registration are not being signed Physically by concerned Sub Registrar, instead signed by the electronic pen on the screen itself and such signature bearing endorsement page is automatically get merged in the reverse pages of the scanned PDF of the executed Deed. Hence it is totally tampering proof and real time.
2. It has a feature for integration with land title of the State and also keep a track of Registrability judgement of any document taken by Sub Registrar with mention of specific legal provision for rejection and thus generates endorsement for rejection as well.
3. This application generates pagination and volume automatically and does not require any physical interference in proper real time live indexing in respect of book assignment Deed no generation volume assignment and pagination.

In case of both Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh SLA, service delivery for any computerized Registration need to be accomplished within 45 minutes and 30minutes respectively.

Specific to the domain of CCTNS, we have undertaken passive networking for 280 Police stations in Jharkhand for M/s NIIT. We have also undertaken digitisation of Police file for M/s NIIT in Jharkhand, for M/s CMC (presently TCS) in Chhattisgarh and part of Meghalaya, for M/s HCL in part of M.P and Assam.
